Recently, Kelso-Burnett Co. worked to complete the interior build-out of BNP Paribas LLP’s Chicago headquarters office located in the LEED Gold Certified 155 N. Wacker Drive building. BNP Paribas took space on the 45th floor at the 46-story office tower which is one of the most recent office buildings to be built in Chicago.

The BNP Paribas project is the first interior project Kelso-Burnett has ever completed with J.T. Magen in the city of Chicago. The project consisted of the interior build-out of BNP Paribas executive office and trading floor spaces, and the Kelso-Burnett team worked a total of 2,015 man-hours during the project’s two and half-month schedule. Kelso-Burnett Co. technicians installed over 80,000 feet of Category 6 cable, 450 Category 6 jacks, and built-out a Server Room that consisted of four Ortronics Mighty Mo Racks and one Cabinet.
